What You Need to Know
GRAX uses a Salesforce Connected App for secure access to your org.
To connect GRAX to Salesforce the connected app must first be installed in your org. To install the app a user must have the "Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps" permission. For more information see this Salesforce Knowledge Base article.
You can click above to test the GRAX Connected App installation. If you can sign into GRAX, everything is configured properly. If you receive an OAuth Error you or your Salesforce Admin will need to review your org settings and install the connected app.
How to Install
Important: This permission only needs to be assigned during initial setup and can be removed afterward.
- Ensure you have admin privileges or contact your Salesforce Administrator
- Verify the "Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps" permission is enabled for your user
- Click "Test Connection with Salesforce" above to authorize GRAX
- Review and install the connected app in Salesforce
